Spatial Harmony Engineered for Bali Tropical Context
Set against the verdant river valley of Sayan in Ubud, Yosep Villa is an architectural exercise in hillside harmony and luxury detailing.
KAY CONSTRUCTION civil engineers resolved challenging topographic slopes with reinforced concrete retaining walls and deep-bore foundation piers, anchoring the villa securely into the hillside while allowing the infinity pool to float over the landscape.
The master suite was designed as a private sanctuary: wide glass walls frame tropical foliage, while the en-suite features an artisan freestanding bathtub bathed in soft ambient light. Every detail celebrates the serene beauty of Ubud.
