Our History & Growth Since 2021
KAY CONSTRUCTION was founded in 2021 in Sawan, Buleleng, in North Bali. What began as a small, close knit team has grown steadily into a company handling both design and full design and build projects across the island, from villas in Canggu and Ubud to residential builds closer to home in Buleleng and Gianyar.
The company's growth has been built on the same idea since day one: stay adaptive, build sturdily, and treat every client relationship as a long term one, not a single transaction. That approach has shaped a consistent standard of quality and reliability across every project, regardless of size.

Ketut Adi Yoga Wirawan is the founder and Director of KAY CONSTRUCTION. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (S.T.) and leads the company's overall direction, from the first client conversation through to final sign off on every project. Since founding the company in 2021 in Sawan, Buleleng, he has grown it from a small local team into a contractor with completed and ongoing work across Bali, including Ubud, Gianyar, and Canggu. He stays hands on with every project the company takes, and clients working with him directly can expect the same standard he'd want for his own home.
Apt. Ni Ketut Putri Ayu Purwaningsih, S.Farm.
Ni Ketut Putri Ayu Purwaningsih serves as Treasurer at KAY CONSTRUCTION, overseeing financial management, budgeting, and project fund allocation. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (S.Farm.) and carries the professional title of Apoteker (Apt.), meaning she is a registered pharmacist. At KAY CONSTRUCTION, she brings that same precision to the company's finances, tracking every project budget transparently from initial estimate through to final handover.
Gede Satria Tambun Wijaya, S.T.
Gede Satria Tambun Wijaya is a Site Engineer at KAY CONSTRUCTION, holding a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (S.T.). Clauodia Waladow is KAY CONSTRUCTION's Drafter, holding a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (S.Ars.). She translates design concepts into detailed 2D working drawings and technical blueprints, the documents both the site engineers and the local permitting process rely on. Her drawings are the bridge between a client's vision and a buildable, code compliant structure.
