Spatial Harmony Engineered for Bali Tropical Context
Situated along Jl. Suweta in Gianyar, Lisa Guest House presents a refined approach to hospitality architecture in close proximity to Ubud cultural center.
The layout revolves around a bright, high-volume central lounge that welcomes guests with natural breeze and garden sightlines. Rather than standard enclosed wet areas, KAY CONSTRUCTION created private bathroom alleys featuring open sky skylights, textured natural stone walls, and integrated tropical greenery.
Every technical connection, from floor drains to waterproofing behind stone veneers, was executed with rigorous standards to eliminate humidity damage and maintain a pristine guest experience year-round.
